We know there is always a reason behind an event, be it a business objective, sales drive, communication strategy or education need. With that as our guide, we then apply the unique appliedeventology Quotient to ensure your goals are met and the event is the best it can be.
It works like this: the quotient is based upon critical success criteria for events. Each criteria is given a different weighting. We aim to achieve the highest possible score against each criteria. After the event, we rate each event - the total score is the Quotient.
The Quotient considers:

- The needs of the target audience (broken down into groups/hierarchies) based on a clear understanding of their motives and mindset. Incentives for/benefits of their attendance (10%)

- Ways to provoke response and participation eg. best use of break out sessions, roundtable discussions, group exercises and genuine case studies (9%)

- Use of high specification technology for energising presentations, signage, venue communications and tracking audience attendance (7%)
